Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data KYWHO collects, why, and what rights you have over it. KYWHO is operated by Kept People Business Consultants – FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE.

1. What we collect

• From you: the company name you ask us to investigate, your email address, the country you select (if any), and any documents you choose to upload.
• Payment: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that directly.
• About the investigated company: publicly available information (registries, court records, media, sanctions lists) compiled into your report. This is not "your" personal data, but where it concerns named individuals (e.g. directors), we handle it under the same care described below.

2. How we use it

Solely to generate and deliver your report, process payment, and respond if you contact us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train AI models beyond the processing needed to generate your specific report.

3. Who we share it with

To provide the service, parts of your request are shared with:

• Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) — to research and draft report content.
• Stripe — to process payment.
• Resend — to deliver your report by email.
• Netlify — our hosting provider, which processes requests to operate the site.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms as our subprocessors. We do not share your data with anyone else, and never sell it.

4. Retention

Uploaded documents are automatically deleted within 24 hours of upload. Report content and order records are retained for our accounting and support purposes; you can request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, or to object to its processing. Contact us at hello@kywho.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

6. Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Uploaded documents are stored with automatic expiry. We limit access to systems containing personal data to what's needed to operate the service.
