These terms govern your use of KYWHO, a counterparty-intelligence report service operated by Kept People Business Consultants – FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE (trade licence no. 41406). By purchasing or using a report, you agree to these terms.
KYWHO produces informational due-diligence reports on named companies, compiled from publicly available sources and, where supplied, client-provided documents. Reports are generated with the assistance of AI research tools and reviewed by our team before delivery.
We make reasonable efforts to verify what we report and to grade every source by reliability. Public records are sometimes incomplete, outdated, or simply unavailable in a given jurisdiction — absence of a finding is not proof that nothing exists. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for independently verifying anything material before acting on it, including through the counterparty directly, your bank, or your own legal counsel.
Standard reports are paid in advance via Stripe and are typically delivered by email within a few hours. Managed reports involve a conversation with our team before work begins and are scoped and priced individually.
You agree not to use KYWHO to harass, stalk, or intimidate any individual; to build a profile on a private individual outside a legitimate business or transactional purpose; or to violate any applicable data-protection, anti-discrimination, or employment-screening law in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any request we believe violates this.
Once delivered, the report is yours to use for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report itself without our written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KYWHO's liability for any claim arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational damages arising from decisions made using our reports.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
